# About William W

I have spent over ten years in IT infrastructure and security, not as an interest alongside development work but as the job: running cloud, monitoring, ITSM and device management for organisations that stop working when those stop working.

Today I act as IT Manager for a client's 40-person IT support team, alongside a senior IT role at a Malaysian software company. I led a company-wide migration from Google Workspace to Lark end to end, and I build internal systems in which AI agents carry part of a multi-role workflow. Earlier, e-commerce logistics at J&T Express Malaysia (an operation where a system being down is counted in undelivered parcels) and ISO 27001-aligned security and IT audit work.

That is why **WilliamW Resources** delivers the whole chain rather than just the code. Monitoring, access control, backups and the security review are not extras I picked up for this website; they are what I have been paid to do for a decade.
