## What to put in the form

- What you manage today, and in what tool
- What hurts about it right now
- Roughly when you need it working
- Anything you already have: a system, a spreadsheet, a spec
- Or just attach the Excel; I start from there

## What happens next

1. I read it myself and reply within one business day.

2. You get a written scope with a fixed price per milestone, agreed before any work starts.

3. No calls required unless you want one.
