### Accepted payment methods and currencies
- Bank transfer (MYR · SGD · USD): DuitNow or local transfer in MYR; SGD and USD by TT / SWIFT to a business account. The invoice states the currency; foreign-currency quotes are fixed at the rate on the quote date.
- Card (Visa · Mastercard): By payment link, in MYR, USD or SGD. Any processing fee is written on the quote before you pay, never added afterwards.
- Crypto (USDT · USDC · BTC): Stablecoins or BTC settle a MYR / USD invoice at the rate on the day of payment; the network and address are confirmed on the invoice, and the receipt records the transaction hash.

### FAQ
**Is there anything below RM 8,000?**

Yes, if your work fits a system I have already built. My existing fleet or property system, deployed for you unchanged, starts from RM 3,999, one fixed price confirmed in writing at quote time. Nothing is customised; changes later are quoted separately. The code stays mine, because it is a system I have already built rather than one written for you, and the quote sets out what you may do with it. Your data is yours. Hosting, payment terms and support for this option are also set out in the quote.

**How do I get an exact quote?**

Send a short description of what you need over WhatsApp or email: what you manage today, in what tool, and what hurts. I reply within one business day; once we have talked it through, you get a written scope with a fixed price per milestone within one business day. No calls required unless you want one.

**Fixed price or hourly?**

Fixed price per milestone, agreed in writing before work starts. You never get a surprise invoice; scope changes are quoted separately before they happen.

**How is payment staged, and is SST charged?**

In three stages: 50% on acceptance, 40% on milestone sign-off, 10% on delivery (the schedule above). Pay by bank transfer in MYR, SGD or USD (DuitNow, local transfer, TT / SWIFT), by Visa / Mastercard payment link, or in USDT / USDC / BTC; the methods table above has the details. Invoices are issued by WilliamW Resources (202603255930) to your company, so your accounts department gets a proper document. No SST is charged: the business is under the registration threshold; if that changes, quotes will say so before you commit.

**Something breaks after handover and we did not buy support. Then what?**

If it is a defect in what I built, I fix it at no charge for 90 days after handover; that is not support, that is the work not being finished. The monthly support is for changes, new requirements and having someone watching the monitoring; it is not what makes me answer for my own bugs.

**What is included in every custom build?**

A live demo environment before production, deployment with your own domain, full source code and infrastructure ownership, training, and documentation. The system is yours; you are never locked in.

**Where does our data live, and can you still see it after handover?**

Your system runs on your own servers, or in cloud accounts opened in your company’s name; when it is the cloud, you choose the region: Malaysia or Singapore data centres. Source code, database and every credential are handed over, and data is exportable at any time.

After handover: no. My accounts are removed when the system is handed over; if you keep a support plan, access stays scoped and agreed in writing. Before seeing any of your data, WilliamW Resources signs a confidentiality agreement, and the system is built so you can meet your own PDPA obligations, with personal data exportable or deletable on request.

Backups run on a schedule agreed in writing when the work is scoped, and before handover every backup has been restored in full at least once.

**How are cloud accounts, GPU capacity, AI model APIs, data-centre colocation and hardware priced?**

Per enquiry, not from a bracket: market prices for Alibaba Cloud International, Tencent Cloud International and AWS credits, GPU capacity (H100 / H200 / B200 / B300), colocation and dedicated servers in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia, and data-centre hardware move weekly. Send the workload or the equipment list and you get a written quote with a validity period; accounts, subscriptions and invoices go in your company name. AI model API access is the exception: it is priced as a published discount on the official USD list price on its own page, and the key can be issued under my official account or yours, by the invoice you need.

有，前提是我已经做好的系统合你的用法。我现有的车队或房产系统，不做修改、原样帮你部署，RM 3,999 起，一口价，报价时书面确认。不改功能；以后想改，另外报价。代码仍归我，因为这是我之前已经做好的系统，不是专门为你写的；你可以怎样使用它，写在报价里。你的数据归你。这个选项的主机、付款方式和维护，也写在报价里。

**怎么拿到准确报价？**

用 WhatsApp 或邮件发一段简短描述：你现在管什么、用什么工具管、哪里最痛。一个工作日内回复；沟通清楚需求后，一个工作日内给你书面范围和按里程碑的固定报价。不需要开会，除非你想聊。

**固定价还是按小时？**

按里程碑固定报价，动工前书面确认。不会出现意外账单；需求变更在发生前单独报价。

**怎么付款？报价含 SST 吗？**

分三期：确认后付 50%、里程碑验收付 40%、交付时付 10%（即上方的付款阶梯）。可用 MYR / SGD / USD 银行转账（DuitNow、本地转账、TT / SWIFT）、Visa / Mastercard 付款链接，或 USDT / USDC / BTC 结算，详见上方付款方式表。发票由注册实体 WilliamW Resources（202603255930）开给你公司，会计那边拿到的是正规单据。不加收 SST：目前营业额未达注册门槛；若日后需要注册，报价单上会在你确认前先写明。

**交接之后出问题，我们又没买维护，怎么办？**

如果是我做的东西本身有缺陷，交接后 90 天内我免费修；这不算维护服务，这是活还没干完。月度维护买的是后续改动、新需求和有人替你盯着监控，而不是买「我为自己的 bug 负责」。

**每个定制项目都包含什么？**

上线前的在线 demo 环境、绑定你自己域名的正式部署、完整源代码与基础设施归属、使用培训和文档。系统是你的，永远不存在绑定。

**我们的数据放在哪？交付后你还能看到吗？**

系统跑在你自己的服务器上，或以你公司名义开设的云账号里；用云的话，机房区域由你选：马来西亚或新加坡。源代码、数据库与全部凭据都会交接，数据随时可导出。

交付之后：看不到。交付时我的账号即被移除；若你保留支持计划，访问范围以书面约定。在接触你任何数据之前，WilliamW Resources 会先签署保密协议；系统的设计也让你能履行自己的 PDPA 义务：个人数据可按要求导出或删除。

备份按报价阶段书面约定的频率执行；交付前，每一份备份都完整还原过至少一次。

**云账号、GPU 算力、AI 模型 API、机房托管和设备采购怎么报价？**

按询价，不按区间：阿里云国际站、腾讯云国际站和 AWS 的优惠、GPU 算力（H100 / H200 / B200 / B300）、香港 / 新加坡 / 马来西亚机房托管与独立服务器，以及机房设备的市场价每周都在变。把负载描述或设备清单发过来，会收到注明有效期的书面报价；账号、订阅和发票都在贵公司名下。AI 模型 API 例外：折扣按官方美元价在独立页面公开，key 可由我方官方账号下发或开在贵公司名下，按发票需求选。
