Top up from USD 100 (or the equivalent) by bank transfer in MYR, SGD or USD, by card, or in USDT / USDC / BTC (the same methods as on the pricing page).
You receive the API key and call the official endpoint from your own code. DeepSeek V4.1 Flash takes the OpenAI-compatible format, so OpenAI SDK code usually needs only the base URL and key changed; Seedance uses the provider’s own video-task API, and its documentation comes with the key.

How much do I actually pay?
You pay 32% of the official USD list price (68% below list). If BytePlus lists a Seedance 2.0 Mini call at USD 1.00, you pay USD 0.32. Seedance 2.0 Fast is 42% of list, and DeepSeek V4.1 Flash is 40%.
Is this the official API, or a relay?
The official API. Your requests go directly to the provider’s official endpoint; there is no relay server in between. Your prompts and results are handled under the provider’s data terms for the account the key belongs to; if that is my account, I can also see its usage and billing records. The discount is on the price, not on the route.
Whose account is the key under?
Either way, depending on the invoice you need. The quickest is a key issued under my official account, invoiced by WilliamW Resources. If you need the provider account itself in your company’s name, an official account is opened for you and topped up at the discounted rate. The quote states which one you are buying.
What is the minimum top-up, and can I get unused balance back?
The minimum top-up is USD 100, or the equivalent in MYR, SGD or crypto. Unused balance is refundable, by the method and currency stated in your quote. There is no need to prepay months ahead to get the rate.
What happens if the discount changes?
You are told in advance, before the new rate applies, and the decision is yours: continue at the new rate, or stop and take back the unused balance.
Can you also build the application that uses the API?
Yes. Building the system around the model (a content pipeline, a chatbot connected to WhatsApp, document processing) is the API development and integration service, quoted per milestone like any other build.
