Fleet Management System

Client delivery · 2026

A full-lifecycle fleet platform covering vehicles, maintenance, repairs, insurance and rental/loan finance, with tiered expiry reminders pushed daily to WhatsApp, Lark and Microsoft Teams. Built-in offline OCR reads uploaded policies and invoices and matches them to vehicles for one-click filing, backed by custom role-based permissions and one-click Excel reports.

The starting point
Vehicles, road tax dates, insurance renewals, workshop bills and loan instalments lived in separate spreadsheets. Renewals slipped through, nobody could say what a vehicle truly cost per year, and filing paperwork meant retyping every invoice and policy by hand.
What was built
Vehicle registry with plate, chassis, mileage, road tax and inspection dates, plus a full per-vehicle history timeline
What it changed
Across 280 vehicles, missed renewals went from under a hundred in the year before go-live to zero since; the system escalates before deadlines, in the chat apps people already read

Property Portfolio Management System

Client delivery · 2026

A full-lifecycle management platform for owners of multiple real-estate assets, covering property records, units, leases, invoicing, payments, taxes and maintenance in one place. An automated recurring-billing engine plus one-click P&L, cash-flow and aging reports give owners a clear financial picture of every property.

Portfolio dashboard: occupancy, receivables, cash-flow chart and overdue alerts at a glance (sample data)6 screenshots, click to view
The starting point
A growing portfolio meant rent tracked in spreadsheets, deposits remembered by memory, tax deadlines rediscovered every year, and no way to answer a simple question: which property actually makes money after maintenance, taxes and financing?
What was built
Property → unit model with a lease state machine: draft, active, expiring, renewed or terminated, with deposits and stamp duty attached
What it changed
Rent collection runs on invoices and aging reports instead of memory and bank-statement archaeology

Centralized Multi-Site Monitoring Platform

In production · anonymised demo

A unified operations platform aggregating hosts, alerts and dashboards from multiple production Zabbix sites, with firewall log analytics on ClickHouse and built-in IP address management. Alerts arrive in enterprise chat as live-updating cards that turn green on recovery, and an AI assistant answers monitoring questions in natural language.

  • Vue 3

  • PostgreSQL
  • ClickHouse

Nine Zabbix instances, 987 hosts and every open problem on one screen (the live demo, open to anyone)
Nine Zabbix instances, 987 hosts and every open problem on one screen (the live demo, open to anyone)
The starting point
The operations team ran nine independent Zabbix installations across client sites: three different Zabbix versions, nine logins, nine dashboards. Checking overall health meant logging into each one; firewall logs sat on devices where searching them was slow and painful; and alerts arrived as plain texts nobody could tell apart from resolved ones.
What was built
One dashboard aggregating hosts, problems and health across all nine sites, with per-site fault isolation and automatic failover to backup API endpoints
What it changed
Daily operations moved from nine logins to one screen; cross-site health is visible at a glance

Enterprise IT Ops & Network Observability Platform

In production · anonymised demo

A self-hosted platform unifying IT asset, credential and subscription management with real-time network observability: log and NetFlow ingestion, statistical traffic-anomaly alerting, SNMP and wireless monitoring, IP address management, live network topology and ITIL ticketing. Built on a PostgreSQL + ClickHouse dual-store architecture with a dozen resident collectors and zero-downtime deployments.

Subscription renewals and credential rotation due dates, across 22 operational modules (the live demo, sample data)
The starting point
The IT team ran the office network on a patchwork: asset lists in spreadsheets, passwords in a shared document, firewall logs viewable only on the box, no NetFlow visibility, and tickets arriving by chat message and getting lost. Nothing connected an IP address to a device to its owner.
What was built
Asset ledger, encrypted credential vault (AES-256-GCM) and software-subscription tracking in one place
What it changed
"Whose device is this IP?" went from an afternoon of detective work to one search

Company Website Pack: 5 Landing Page Templates

Demo templates · fictional companies

A five-page company website, delivered in five distinct design directions: a freight forwarder, an accounting firm, a dental clinic, a precision machine shop and a B2B software product. All 25 pages are live and clickable. Each template has its own typography, palette, page structure and industry-specific components, and every page ships under 25 KB with no JavaScript, no photography and no page builder.

The starting point
Most company-website projects stall in the same place: the owner cannot judge a direction from a mood board, and the alternative (a page-builder theme) looks like every other business in the same trade. Meanwhile the demo site is usually three screens of stock photography and lorem ipsum, so nobody can tell whether the design survives real content: a rate card, a fee schedule, a machine list, an opening-hours table.
What was built
Five design directions, not five recolours: each template has its own typeface pairing, palette, spacing scale and page structure (an ops-desk layout, an editorial document layout, a soft clinical layout, a dark technical drawing sheet and a product-led SaaS layout)
What it changed
A client picks a direction by clicking through five working sites, not by approving a picture
