What counts as an active technician?
Anyone who logged into the mobile app during the billing month. Seasonal crews you stand down are not billed, and you do not need to delete their accounts.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
No, on Starter and Operations. Enterprise on-site onboarding is included in the plan price — we do not quote a separate implementation project.
What happens if we cancel?
Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid month. You keep read-only access for 60 days to export everything, and the export is available from day one anyway.
Do you charge for support or upgrades?
No. Support and every product update are in the plan price. We do not sell modules that should have been in the product.
