Fees, published.

Compliance work is quoted as a fixed annual fee. The ranges below are what our clients actually pay, so you can tell before the first meeting whether we are in your bracket.

Schedule B · advisory rates

Time-based work

Advisory, due diligence and LHDN audit representation are billed on time at the rates below, against an estimate agreed in advance. We tell you when an estimate is at 80 per cent — not when it is exceeded.

What moves a fee

Why two similar companies get different numbers.

  • Condition of the records. Reconciled monthly accounts cost less to audit than a year of bank statements.
  • Number of entities. Each subsidiary is its own audit file, even inside a group opinion.
  • Stock and work in progress. Inventory requires attendance at a count; contracts require percentage-of-completion review.
  • Related-party transactions. Intercompany and director balances drive transfer-pricing and disclosure work.
  • Open matters. An unresolved LHDN query or a prior-year restatement is work, and it is quoted separately.

Engagement terms

The terms we work under.

When is payment due?

Compliance engagements are billed 50 per cent on acceptance and 50 per cent on issue of the signed accounts, payable within 30 days. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.

What happens if the scope changes?

We stop and quote. Additional work is confirmed by a variation letter before it starts, and it never appears for the first time on an invoice.

Can we pay the audit fee monthly?

Yes. Clients on an annual compliance bundle can spread the fee across twelve monthly instalments at no additional charge.

Who owns the working papers?

Working papers remain the firm’s property; your accounting records, registers and filings are yours and are handed over in full if you leave.

How long are proposals valid?

Ninety days. If your year-end moves or the records turn out materially different from what we reviewed, we reissue rather than renegotiate mid-engagement.

Want the fixed fee for your own numbers?

Send last year’s accounts and your current year-end. You will have a written proposal within three working days.
