The sequence below is the same for a single pallet and for a 12-container project cargo — only the paperwork gets thicker.
- Booking
Rate, space and equipment confirmed within four working hours of your enquiry.
- Collection
Our driver collects, checks piece count against your packing list and seals the unit.
- Declaration
We classify, lodge K1/K2 and arrange permits — MITI, SIRIM or FAMA where required.
- Line-haul
Vessel, flight or truck tracked; you get a status message at every milestone.
- Delivery
Signed POD and the full document set uploaded to your shipment file the same day.
