Capabilities

Five processes, no brokered work.

Everything below happens in our own plant. We do not sub out machining and re-badge it — the only outsourced steps are anodising, plating and heat treatment, all from approved suppliers with certificates attached to your delivery note.

Process 01

CNC milling

3, 4 and 5-axis machining of aluminium, stainless, tool steel, titanium and engineering plastics.

  • Envelope to 1,530 mm
  • ±0.005 mm positional
  • Ra 0.4 µm finish
Process 02

CNC turning

Bar-fed turning and mill-turn for shafts, housings, fittings and threaded components.

  • Ø 380 × 1,011 mm
  • Bar feed to Ø 65 mm
  • Live tooling, Y-axis
Process 03

Wire EDM & grinding

Hardened-steel detail, tight internal corners and precision ground faces after heat treatment.

  • Corner radius 0.1 mm
  • Parallelism 0.003 mm
  • Up to 62 HRC
Process 04

Sheet metal & welding

Laser cutting, press-brake forming and TIG welding for enclosures, brackets and frames.

  • Sheet to 12 mm mild steel
  • Brake length 3,200 mm
  • Coded TIG welders
Process 05

Assembly & finishing

Sub-assembly, thread inserts, laser marking, and finishing through approved suppliers.

  • Anodise, plate, passivate
  • Laser part marking
  • Kitted & labelled delivery
Process 06

Inspection

CMM and vision inspection with full dimensional reports issued against your drawing.

  • Zeiss CMM, 2.5 µm MPE
  • FAI per AS9102 format
  • Material certs traceable

From drawing to delivery

How a job runs through the shop.

  1. RFQ review

Drawing and STEP checked for manufacturability; we flag features that will cost you money for no function.

  2. Quote

Fixed price and lead time within 24 hours, with the DFM note attached.

  3. First article

One part machined and measured on the CMM. You approve the report before the batch starts.

  4. Production

Batch run with in-process checks at set frequencies, logged against the job card.

  5. Delivery

Parts packed with the dimensional report, material certificates and finishing certificates.

Send the drawing. We will tell you what it should cost.

STEP, IGES, Parasolid or a PDF drawing. If the tolerance stack is tighter than the part needs, we will say so before you pay for it.
