Industries

Five sectors make up most of our volume. Each one wants something different from a machine shop — this page says what, and what we do about it.

Sector 01 · 38% of volume

Semiconductor equipment

Chamber components, end-effectors, manifolds and vacuum fittings for equipment makers and their tier-one suppliers in Penang and Kulim.

  • Cleanliness: double-bagged, particle-controlled packing
  • Materials: 6061, 316L, PEEK, alumina-loaded plastics
  • Typical tolerance: ±0.010 mm with CMM report per part
  • No silicone, no chlorinated coolant on these jobs
Sector 02 · 22% of volume

Medical devices

Surgical instrument components, jigs and housings, machined under documented process control with full material traceability.

  • Ti Grade 5 and 17-4 PH, heat number traced to part
  • Dedicated tooling — no cross-contamination with steel
  • Process validation records kept per batch
  • ISO 13485 certification in progress
Sector 03 · 18% of volume

Oil, gas & energy

Valve internals, flange adaptors, downhole tool components and pressure-test fixtures for service companies operating out of Kemaman and Labuan.

  • Inconel, duplex and 4140 through-hardened work
  • NACE MR0175 material sourcing where specified
  • Hydro-test fixturing machined to print
  • 3.1 certificates standard, 3.2 on request
Sector 04 · 14% of volume

Automation & machine builders

Base plates, brackets, cam followers, guards and custom fixtures for system integrators building lines in Selangor and Johor.

  • Mixed-material kits delivered as one assembly
  • Anodised and laser-marked to your part number
  • Short-run friendly: 1 to 50 pieces
  • Drawings often sketches — we formalise them
Sector 05 · 8% of volume

Aerospace support & MRO

Ground-support tooling, test fixtures and non-flight components for MRO operators at Subang and Senai. We do not hold AS9100, so we take support work rather than flight-critical parts — and we say so upfront rather than discovering it at audit.

Two recent jobs

What a typical programme looks like.

Case 01 · Semiconductor

Vacuum manifold, 6061-T6

Volume240 / year, monthly release
Setups2 (5-axis + turning)
Tightest featureØ 12 H7 bore, ±0.008 mm
FinishType II anodise, clear
Lead time achieved12 days from release
Rejects, 18 months0

The original drawing called for ±0.005 mm on four clearance holes. We queried it, the customer relaxed three of them, and the part price dropped 14 per cent.

Case 02 · Oil & gas

Valve seat retainer, duplex 2205

Volume60 pieces, single batch
Setups3 (turn, mill, EDM slot)
Tightest featureSeat face flatness 0.005 mm
MaterialNACE-compliant, 3.1 cert
Lead time achieved19 days including material
First-article resultPass, 42 / 42 features

Duplex work-hardens if you hesitate. We quoted the correct insert grade and feed rather than the cheapest tooling, and the batch ran without a single scrapped part.

New customers

The first job is usually a trial. That is fine by us.

Most of our customers started with one part they were unhappy about elsewhere. Send that one — the difficult one, not the easy one. It tells you more about a shop.
