Quality

A quality system is only worth the records it produces. Here is what we measure, with what, how often it is calibrated, and what lands in your delivery box.

Certifications

What we hold.

ISO 9001:2015Certified since 2013
ISO 13485 (medical devices)Gap audit complete, cert Q4 2026
Customer-specific approvals4 semiconductor OEMs
Welder qualificationASME IX, 2 coded TIG welders
Calibration traceabilitySIRIM-accredited lab

Certificate numbers and scope statements are illustrative — this page is a design template.

With every delivery

The paperwork in the box.

  • Dimensional report against your ballooned drawing, or ours if you have none
  • Material certificate EN 10204 3.1, matched to the heat number on the bar
  • Finishing certificate from the anodising, plating or heat-treatment supplier
  • Job card summary — operations run, operator, machine, in-process check results
  • Non-conformance note if anything was reworked, with what was done and why

Records are retained for 7 years. Ask for a job from 2019 and we can produce its measurements.

Inspection regime

Who checks what, and when.

Stage 01

First article

One part from the first setup, measured on the CMM against every dimension on the drawing. Production does not start until you sign it off.

  • AS9102-format report
  • Issued as PDF within 24 h
  • Setup frozen after approval
Stage 02

In-process

Operator checks at a set frequency — every 5th, 10th or 25th part depending on the feature's risk — recorded on the job card.

  • Critical features 100%
  • Gauges calibrated quarterly
  • Out-of-tolerance stops the machine
Stage 03

Final & SPC

Final dimensional check before packing, with Cpk reporting on nominated features for production customers.

  • Cpk ≥ 1.33 target
  • Sampling to ISO 2859-1
  • Parts packed to your spec

When something goes wrong

Our containment routine.

Over 18 years we have shipped bad parts. What matters is what happens next — so this part is written down and does not depend on who picks up the phone.

  1. Same day

Containment: we identify every part from the affected batch, in your plant and ours.

  2. 48 hours

Replacement parts scheduled, expedited at our cost when the fault is ours.

  3. 5 days

Root cause and corrective action issued as an 8D report.

  4. Next batch

The corrective action appears on the job card as a verified control.
